I’m Ella Dangremont, a painter and textile designer based in the southwest of France, between the ocean and the mountains.
My work explores the energy of the living world through vibrant floral compositions where color, movement and organic forms interact to create intense visual landscapes.
Flowers lie at the heart of my practice. Rather than using them as decorative elements, I approach them as living forms capable of activating space and structuring the pictorial surface. Amplified and freed from naturalism, they become a visual language of their own.
My paintings are driven by bold color palettes, organic rhythms and an intuitive approach to pattern. The forms seem to grow freely across the canvas, like a nature in expansion.
Through this floral vocabulary, I aim to create immersive and vibrant works that spark a sense of joy, wonder and emotional resonance.
After studying textile design at Atelier Chardon Savard in Paris, I worked for several years as an independent textile designer for fashion and interior brands. This background deeply informs my painting practice, especially my attention to color, composition and surface design.
Today, my work unfolds across different mediums and increasingly expands toward larger, immersive formats and interventions in public space.
I paint the living world in expansion.
